the staff were kind and helpful , carmen and elizabet at reception stood out , they were great for both me and my mother , this added so much to the trip. the location was convenient , this made getting around easy.

i was surprised by the weaker water pressure in the shower , this was a minor inconvenience. while it was decent , i prefer a stronger flow , this slightly affected the experience.

The location was acceptable, near the Gothic Quarter.

I was charged for large restaurant bills post-checkout. Numerous emails went unanswered, forcing me to dispute the charges with my credit card company. during an evening in the lounge, our order was incorrect once, not submitted again, and the final bill showed a double charge. I found this rather inconvenient.

I found the room wasn't insulated well at ALL. I could easily hear sounds from nearby rooms and the corridor, very distracting. The echo within the room hadn't been addressed at all. I was disappointed.

I had a room with a terrace overlooking a courtyard. The room was quiet even though the hotel had much activity. The hotel had three eateries and all were excellent. I loved the ice machine and thought it a rare find.

I received a charge after checkout for large restaurant bills. The bills must have been billed to my room. Multiple emails had no communication so I disputed the charges with my credit card company.
